Center for Peace and Social Justice Forum at CSU Long Beach

CSULB University Student Union Ballroom

The event will begin promptly at 12:00 in the USU ballroom. Laura Richardson, the Democratic incumbent in the 37th district, and Nick Dibbs, the independent challenger, will be there. Star Parker, the Republican challenger, declined our invitation.

Ken Arnold, the challenger in the 46th district will also be there. Ken Arnold will address the audience at 1:00 p.m. The incumbent in the 46th, Dana Rohrbacher, cited a scheduling conflict and will not be on hand.

Ann Johnson, professor of communications, will be the moderator. The candidates will answer questions about education, the war in Afghanistan, health care and immigration, and then take questions from the audience.
